What we do
Three ways we help you move forward
Who we help
For anyone working to find their footing
We support underserved individuals who are ready to work but need a hand navigating the path — with particular care for women rebuilding their careers after time away.
There is no cost, no eligibility maze, and no judgment. If you are looking for meaningful work, this is for you. We meet you where you are and walk with you toward what’s next.
Our namesake
In honor of Ravi Judge — a Red Cross board member, a court translator, and a lifelong force for helping people find their footing.
